Al Hussan International Schools was established in 1419 AH and includes three separate sections: the preparatory section, the boys' section, and the girls' section, covering all educational levels. The school follows the Saudi curriculum and offers the International Baccalaureate program for high school. Al Hussan Schools Group has received accreditation from the Council of International Schools (CIS), Cognia (formerly AdvancED), as well as accreditation from Cambridge Assessment International Education.

Al Hussan International Schools follows educational curricula from kindergarten to eighth grade, which is a special curriculum developed internally by the school. English, mathematics, and science are based on Cambridge (British) standards and Common Core (American) standards.
For grades 9 to 12, the school offers four-year college preparation programs that provide students with three tracks:
- British/Cambridge Program (IGCSE and A-Level)
- International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IB DP)
- American High School Program
The school has a separate section for boys and a separate section for girls within the same school campus.
