First: Submitting the application

• Fill out the admission application.
• The guardian must attend with his son/daughter to the school where they want to register.
• Regarding the admission age for kindergarten, preparatory, and first grade elementary stages (boys - girls), it follows the Ministry of Education instructions.

Second: Registration requirements

• Successfully passing the personal interview or admission test.
• Submitting the necessary documents for admission and registration:
• 4 personal photos (4×6).
• Copy of the student's birth certificate with the original for verification.
• Copy of complete vaccination certificate with required vaccinations from the Ministry of Health.
• Copy of family record or family card with the student added (for Saudis).
• Copy of passport, residence permit, and Absher print for the guardian and student to be registered.
• Receiving the medical record from the school administration and completing related procedures.
• Bringing an employment certificate from the guardian's workplace.
• Copy of guardian's passport and residence permit.
• New students in Saudi Arabia (coming from abroad) must bring their previous academic certificate or equivalent certificate for their grade level authenticated by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Saudi Embassy or Saudi Cultural Attaché from the country they came from.
• Submitting academic certificates from the previous school (for grade 2 and above).
• Submitting a transfer certificate (departure certificate) from the previous school.
• The guardian reviews and signs the registration file.
• The guardian pays 1000 SAR as an advance payment before passing the personal interview or admission test.
• Paying the prescribed school fees if space is available and registration is approved.
