Almotazsch National School vary based on the location and educational system. In Saudi Arabia, Almotazsch National Schools in Medina follow these guidelines:
- Age Requirements for New Admissions:
- Kindergarten Level 1: Age 3 years (from 3-2-1441 AH to 2-2-1442 AH).
- Kindergarten Level 2: Age 4 years (from 3-5-1440 AH to 2-2-1441 AH).
- Kindergarten Level 3: Age 5 years (from 3-2-1439 AH to 2-5-1440 AH).
- First Grade (Primary): Age 6 years, with the possibility of accepting those younger by up to 90 days.
- Registration Requirements:
- Complete the registration form.
- Attend the main office for a personal interview to confirm admission.
- For Kindergarten and First Grade students, the following documents are required:
- Birth certificate.
- Vaccination record.
- Family card and guardian's ID.
- Copy of residency permit and passport for non-Saudis.
- Four personal photos of the child.
For students transferring from outside the kingdom, international schools, or Quran memorization schools, registration is complete only after paying the tuition fees for the semester and signing the fee payment agreement.
