To enroll at Almoktashef International Schools, applicants must first review the admission requirements and submit the enrollment application available on the school's official website. The key requirements are as follows:

  • Prospective students must successfully pass the placement test and achieve a minimum score of 60% at grade level for their application to be considered.
  • After passing the placement test, all required applications and documents must be received and approved by the relevant school administration for the student to be accepted.
  • Assessment fees (non-refundable/non-deductible) must be paid at the accountant's office prior to the test.
  • After passing the placement test, the school's admissions committee will review the prospective student's application, academic records, and reports from the past three years from previous schools to determine whether the student is eligible for admission.
  • Parents must inform the school registrar if they are aware of any special educational needs or difficulties the student may face at the time of application.
  • The admission form must be completed fully and accurately.
  • All relevant information must be disclosed, including details of any disciplinary, social, physical, medical, or psychological issues.
  • All children admitted to the kindergarten program must be fully toilet-trained and possess an acceptable level of self-reliance skills.
  • A student will not be considered enrolled at MIS or in the Ministry of Education system (Noor) until they have signed the contract and relevant enrollment documents. This requirement is mandatory by the Ministry of Education even if tuition fees have been paid. Accordingly, the parent/guardian must attend the school in person to complete the enrollment process as outlined above.
  • If the applicant is accepted by MIS, they must comply with all its policies, procedures, circulars, and adhere to the terms and regulations of the school agreement.
