Age Requirements by Grade Level:

• For KG1 enrollment, the student must have been born on or after 19/08/2021. For KG2, the birth date must be on or after 19/08/2020, and for KG3, on or after 19/08/2019.
• For Grade 1, the student must have been born on or before 17/11/2018. For Grade 2, the birth date must be on or before 17/11/2017, and for Grade 3, on or before 17/11/2016.
• For Grade 4 enrollment, the birth date must be on or before 17/11/2015; for Grade 5, on or before 17/11/2014; and for Grade 6, on or before 17/11/2013.
• For Grade 7, the student must have been born on or before 17/11/2012; for Grade 8, on or before 17/11/2011; and for Grade 9, on or before 17/11/2010.
• For Grade 10, the birth date must be on or before 17/11/2009; for Grade 11, on or before 17/11/2008; and for Grade 12, on or before 17/11/2007.

Enrollment Process:

• The student's online registration form must be completed and submitted. The admissions team will review it and notify you within one to two business days to schedule an in-school placement assessment.
• Following confirmation of the appointment, families should visit the school for the child to sit the placement tests.
• The following documents must be submitted to the admissions and registration office: a copy of the student's birth certificate and national ID or residence permit, a copy of the student's passport, a copy of the parent's/guardian's ID or residence permit if the parent is a non-Saudi national, a copy of the vaccination certificate for kindergarten and primary-stage students, all previously obtained academic certificates across all educational levels, and two recent passport-sized photographs.
• Students transferring from a school outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must provide all academic certificates from previous years. The most recent academic year's certificate must be authenticated by the Cultural Attaché at the Saudi Embassy in the country from which it was issued.
• First-semester tuition fees must be paid in person at the collections office in the administration building.
• Upon completion of enrollment, the student will be placed in the appropriate class and issued a student ID card.

Tuition fees can be paid in person at the revenue office using Mada, Mastercard, Visa, or other credit cards, with cheques made payable to Al-Ruwwad International Schools. Alternatively, payment can be made via online bank transfer using the IBAN number assigned to the parent's account — a method the school particularly recommends for its convenience.
