The guardian commits to the evaluation plan during the year which qualifies the student for the school's educational level and determines their continuation the following year. The guardian undertakes to help the school administration raise the educational level in the subjects mentioned in the admission test form.

If a student needs special medical care, the school administration must be contacted and informed of the condition and required care, and the student health condition form must be filled out.
Parents are advised not to send medications with the student; instead, they should be delivered from the student's guardian to the health counselor or resident medical practitioner.
If a student becomes ill or is injured during the school day, the health counselor or resident medical practitioner will provide necessary first aid and immediately contact the family for notification. If the situation requires it, the student will be transferred to the nearest hospital.
