Requirements at Bawakir Private Schools
The admission and registration requirements for Bawakir Private Schools are as follows:
1. Kindergarten Requirements
Age: Children must be between 3 and 6 years old at the start of the academic year.
Registration levels based on date of birth:
Beginner: From 16-10-2015 to 06-10-2016
KG 1 (Rawdah): From 27-11-2014 to 17-10-2015
KG 2 (Tamhidi): From 07-11-2013 to 28-11-2014
Children who have reached the age of six will not be accepted into Kindergarten.
Registration begins at the start of the second semester and continues until all vacancies are filled.
2. First Grade Primary Requirements
Age: Completion of 6 years, or a maximum of 90 days younger than 6 at the start of the academic year.
Children up to 180 days younger than 6 years may be accepted provided the following conditions are met:
A certificate from an accredited kindergarten proving the child was enrolled for two semesters.
A form proving mastery of developmental skills with a recommendation from the kindergarten teacher.
The kindergarten must be:
A public or private school affiliated with the Ministry of Education.
Foreign or private schools implementing licensed international programs.
A school outside the Kingdom, provided documents are attested by the Saudi Embassy or Cultural Mission.
3. General Requirements for All Levels
Success in the immediately preceding academic year with a grade of no less than Very Good.
Passing entrance exams in: Arabic, Science, Mathematics, and WIDA.
Good conduct and attendance records.
Payment of fees after passing exams and receiving acceptance.
Submitting the previous file from the last school, which includes:
Medical report
Vaccination certificate
Copy of the Family Registry
Birth certificate for Saudi students
Passport and residency permit (Iqama) for non-Saudi students
Three photos of the child for Kindergarten and First Grade
Three photos for students in all other levels
