Parents of children enrolling at Britus International Schools for the first time are required to submit an original birth certificate or proof of age upon enrollment. Students are also required to complete the admission form and submit all documents related to their identity, in addition to transfer documents from another school, if applicable.

Tuition fees are paid via bank transfer, with the school offering a 2.5% discount for those who pay the full year's fees by the first installment due date via bank transfer. Additional discounts are also available, including a 10% early re-enrollment discount, and a SAR 500 discount for the third child and subsequent siblings, noting that all discounts are contingent on payment by the specified deadlines.
