General Admission and Enrollment Requirements
The electronic registration form for Al-Tarbiya Al-Raqamiya International Schools must be completed accurately.
All student information must be entered with full precision.
Upon completing the electronic registration, a form containing all submitted data along with the student's registration number will be displayed — this should be printed and the registration number retained.
The applicant must then proceed to the school administration, bringing the printed form to be submitted to the admissions and registration staff.
Kindergarten Admission Requirements
- The file must include a copy of the vaccination certificate along with the original for verification, a copy of the birth certificate, and a copy of the civil registry.
- For non-Saudi students, the following must be attached: a copy of a valid passport and residence permit, a copy of the family card or family register in which the student is listed, 2 recent photographs sized 4×6, and a medical examination conducted through an approved health unit, health center, or hospital.
Primary Division Enrollment Requirements
To enroll in Grade 1 of the primary stage, the following conditions must be met:
- The student must be registered in the Noor Educational System.
- The family register, original birth certificate, original vaccination card, and pre-school certificate (if available) must be attached.
- 2 recent personal photographs with a white background, sized 4×6, must be attached.
- A medical examination report and a copy of the passport (if available) must be attached.
- The student must be at least five years and nine months of age, or five years and six months if the student holds a pre-school certificate.
Middle and Secondary Division Admission Requirements
- The student's academic file must be complete with all previously mentioned documents.
- All previous academic certificates, officially stamped up to the last academic year completed by the student, must be submitted.
- The admission form must be attached after successfully passing the personal interview and admission tests.
Annual tuition fees are paid either in a single installment at the beginning of the academic year or at the start of each semester, via bank transfer to the school's official account. A copy of the transfer receipt must be attached, clearly indicating the student's name and the transferor's name along with the reference number.
- Enrichment Program: Designed to enrich students' linguistic and knowledge-based competencies, covering: Arabic Language and Aptitude, English Language and Achievement, and Computer Science.
- Achievement Program: Trains Grade 12 students on the general concepts of scientific subjects, covering: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Qudrati Program: Targets students from Grade 4 (Primary) through Grade 11 (Secondary), covering: Arabic Language (Lughati) and Quantitative Mathematics.
- Reinforcement Program: Covers Reading and Writing, Mathematics, and Sciences.
- Thabat Program: Covers Islamic Education, Arabic Language, Social Studies, English Language, and Scientific Subjects.
