Al-Mohafaza National Schools - Private Education was established in 2004 as a branch of an individual establishment, then transformed into a limited liability company in 2010, and in 2022 it became a joint-stock company, offering its shares in the parallel market in 2024. The company provides distinguished educational services for all levels and both genders, and manages two educational complexes in Hafar Al-Batin, in addition to owning a third complex invested by Bina Educational Company. The company is expanding its ownership of educational lands in Riyadh. The school includes educational staff and a team of specialists and consultants with extensive experience in the educational field, who have dedicated their efforts to establishing this distinguished institution.
