Registration at Ibn Khaldun International Schools – Al Yasmin can be done in one of two ways :

Visiting the school to submit an enrollment application, or registering via the electronic link on the website and then visiting the school, followed by conducting the interview and admission test, completing the student's file, paying the first semester fees, and confirming the student's registration at the school.

Registration Requirements

In order to proceed with the registration process, the following documents must be submitted :

  1. the student's birth certificate.
  2. the father's ID for Saudis or residency permit for non-Saudis.
  3. residency permit and passport for non-Saudi students.
  4. family card for Saudis.
  5. vaccination certificate.
  6. health record / health examination form (for some special cases).
  7. transfer from the Noor system for students coming from other schools with no outstanding payment status.
  8. the original of the student's last obtained certificate.
  9. a financial clearance from the previous school if it was a private school.
  10. 4 personal photos of the student (for kindergarten stage).
  11. a certificate from the kindergarten if the student is less than 180 days away from turning 6 years old along with a recommendation to enroll them in first grade.

You can pay the fees at Ibn Khaldun International Schools – Al Yasmin using one of the following methods :

  1. direct transfer to the individual account assigned to each parent.
  2. issuing a bank check in favor of (Maarif Education) by visiting the collection department at the school.
