Admission and enrollment procedures :

1. Visit the school's website and complete the registration application.

3. Pass admission tests (Arabic – English – Mathematics).
4. Pass the student and guardian interview.
5. Receive notification of results within 5 working days.
6. Pay the required fees.

Required Documents

Kindergarten and Grade 1 :

• Saudi students: Copy of the family register (front and back) with the original for verification, and a copy of the passport.
• Non-Saudi students: Copy of a valid passport and residency permit, and a copy of the student's residency data from the Absher system.
• Copy of birth certificate with the original for verification.
• Vaccination certificate.
• Health fitness certificate from any government or private entity.

Grade 2 and above :

• Student's file from the previous school.
• Original academic certificates and a copy of the passport.
• Students from outside the Kingdom, from international schools, or from Quran memorization schools: Submit certified academic certificates along with proof of identity to the Testing and Admissions Unit to obtain an admission order directed to the school.

Fees are paid in 4 installments using one of the following methods :

• Cash payment or debit card (Mada).
• Cheque made out to Al Tarbiyah Al Islamiyah Schools.
• Bank transfer to the school's account at the National Commercial Bank, with a copy of the transfer sent to the school's email or fax.
