Yara International School is open to Indian nationals only. Enrollment is done by submitting an application form, available from the school office for a fee of SAR 50 (inclusive of 15% VAT), for grades from KG through Grade 11.
Parents may also download the application form from the school's website and pay the fee upon submission.
Required Documents
The following documents must be submitted with the application:
- Copy of birth certificate from a competent authority.
- Copy of valid passport for the student, father, and mother.
- Copy of valid Iqama (residency permit) for the student, father, and mother.
- Copy of the student's visa page.
- Copy of the student's Aadhaar ID card.
- Original Transfer Certificate (TC) for the previously attended grade:
- Original TC with applicable NOOR details for KG through Grade 11 (for local transfers within the Kingdom).
- For admission from Grade 2 and above (transferring from schools outside the Kingdom): original TC attested by the Saudi Embassy in their home country.
- For admission to Grade 11: original TC attested by the Ministry of Education (for local transfers within the Kingdom).
- Copies of mark sheets for all previous years — applicable for students from Grade 2 and above. For local transfers, all mark sheets must be attested by the Ministry of Education.
- For students applying to Grade 11:
- Periodic test reports (PT1, PT2, PT3) and pre-exam report card duly certified by the principal with the school stamp, in case of transfer from a CBSE school.
- Original Grade 10 certificate.
- A No-Dues Certificate from the previous school, or a statement to that effect in the TC, is accepted.
- Periodic test mark sheet duly certified by the principal with the school stamp, in case of transfer from a CBSE school during the academic year (for Grades 6 through 9).
- Sponsor's letter with Commercial Registration number.
- Copy of vaccination card (for admission from KG through Grade 1).
