BothThe German International School in Jeddah was established in 1975 and follows the German education system. The school offers the German curriculum from Kindergarten through Grade 10 and provides the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma in both English and German for Grades 11 and 12. All lessons are conducted in German, except for the language classes (Arabic, English, and French).
The school's mission consists of the following eight guiding principles:A recognized German school abroad that maintains a high level of quality from Kindergarten to the International Baccalaureate. A school for families with a German linguistic background or those planning a future in the German-speaking culture. للامانه افضل مدرسه موجوده في جده من التدريس والعدد والاهتمام ابنتي فيها من ثلاث سنوات وكانت كفيله ان تبني شخصيه جدا رائعه تحب المدرسه والمدرسين تتلهف كل يوم للذهاب كل هيئه التدريس رائعون مهتمون بشكل كبير بالاطفال انا اعتبرها عائله ثانيه لابنتي السكرتاريه الجديده جدا متعاونه وخصوصا الاستاذ يمان الاداره متفهمه والاهم العدد محدود وهذا مهم للتركيز على الطلاب ارجو من الكل التقدم دائما

•The school features numerous facilities, equipped classrooms, and expansive green spaces. •Classrooms are fully equipped with a projector in each one. The school's renovated yard (in 2018) offers students shaded areas, table tennis spots, and a large sports field. A cafeteria provides fresh meals, refreshments, and snacks.
In elementary grades, the school follows the curriculum of the state of Thuringia in all subjects (except Arabic).
After successfully completing the two-year diploma program, students can obtain the “Gemischsprachiges International Baccalaureate” (GIB), an internationally recognized certification
The German International School is equipped with facilities for a variety of activities, including: Handcraft activities in the art and craft room: The school provides bright, well-ventilated, furnished, and functional rooms where students can creatively work on handcraft projects. Sports activities in the gym: The school's gymnasium offers students a variety of opportunities during physical education or their breaks. Cultural activities in the library: The library houses over 5,000 books, magazines, DVDs, and games. Music activities in the music rooms: Students can play piano, drums, and percussion instruments.
