إلى إدارة المدرسة المحترمة، أتمنى أن تكونوا بخير. أود أن أعرب عن خيبة أملي العميقة من مستوى الخدمة المقدمة فيما يتعلق بالتعامل مع الشكاوى والاستفسارات. للأسف، يبدو أن المدرسة تركز بشكل أساسي على الأمور المالية دون إيلاء اهتمام كافٍ لاحتياجات أولياء الأمور أو متابعة الطلاب. لقد لاحظت أن مستوى التواصل مع أولياء الأمور ليس بالمستوى المتوقع، حيث تلقيت وعودًا بالمتابعة من قبلكم ولكن لم يتم اتخاذ أي إجراء حقيقي. الرد على المكالمات يكون في البداية ولكن دون متابعة، وكأن الرسالة لا تصل إلى المعنيين بالأمر. أطلب منكم تحسين مستوى خدمة العملاء بشكل عاجل والاهتمام بالتفاعل مع أولياء الأمور بشكل أكثر احترافية وتقديرًا. نتوقع من مؤسسة تعليمية أن تعامل الناس بتقدير واحترام، وليس كأنهم مجرد مصدر للدفع. آمل أن يتم اتخاذ هذا النقد البناء بعين الاعتبار وأن نرى تحسنًا ملموسًا في المستقبل القريب. شكرًا لتفهمكم. مع التحية،
