Al Dhafra Private School is located in the heart of Al Ain city. It was established in 1989 and offers the British National Curriculum until the end of Grade 8, then provides the option of either the British or American curriculum until the end of Grade 12.

Registration fee is AED 500, paid once only. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable. If a child leaves the school during the academic year, fees are calculated according to Abu Dhabi Education Council guidelines.

Required Documents for Admission:

  • Two copies of a valid passport with valid residence visa
  • Two copies of birth certificate
  • 4 passport-size photographs

  • National ID card for new students
  • Transfer certificate from previous school from Grade 2 to Grade 12
  • International students are required to authenticate grade reports, transfer certificates, and birth certificates from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy
  • School books, notebooks, and diaries must be purchased from the school

The academy offers the English National Curriculum from KG1 to Grade 12. Students in the early stage (KG1) study seven educational areas including communication and language, personal development, mathematics, and literacy. From KG2 to Grade 8, students study mandatory subjects: Mathematics, English, Science, Geography, Art, Music, Physical Education, Computing, and Foreign Languages.

In Grades 9-10, students focus on mandatory subjects (English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics) to obtain IGCSE and O/Level certificates, while in Grades 11-12 they specialize in STEM subjects for AS and A-Level certificates. The academy is an accredited center by Cambridge International and provides 6 career pathways.
