Registration Criteria
Registration Process: Parents wishing to enroll their children at Al Itqan American Private School are requested to contact the administration, where they will be asked to fill out an enrollment application form, or they can apply online. Applications are accepted and reviewed throughout the year, although registration typically takes place during April, May, June, August, and September. Admission requirements for some grades may vary, and details can be obtained from the school administration.
Registration Requirements: Admission is granted after applicants pass the placement test criteria used to assess and admit students. The relevant departments supervise these tests. A one-time registration fee of 500 AED is paid to reserve the seat. To complete the registration procedures, the administration must receive the following documents:
Required Documents with Registration Form:
- Two copies of the student's passport with valid UAE residency
- Copy of the national ID card (both sides) for the student and sponsor
- Four recent passport-size photographs
- Two copies of the birth certificate in Arabic or English (with original for verification)
- For students not born in the UAE, a certified birth certificate must be submitted
- Copy of the original certificate for the last academic level completed at the previous school (required for students from Grade 2 and above)
Students applying to enroll in the school from Grade 2 and above are required to submit an original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school in Arabic or English, which must be certified according to the following guidelines:
For students coming from outside the UAE:
- The transfer certificate must be attested by the education official in the area or district from which the certificate was issued
- The stamp and signature of the education official must be attested by the relevant embassy in Abu Dhabi
- It must also be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE
For students coming from other Gulf countries, the transfer certificate must be:
- Attested by the Ministry of Education in that country
- If the certificate is issued from an emirate or place other than Sharjah, it must be attested by the Ministry of Education in the concerned emirate
Fee Payment Mechanism: Parents or guardians can pay school fees using the following methods:
- First Installment - During Admission: Cash
- Second Installment - December 1-15: Check
- Third Installment - March 1-15: Check
