Age Criteria is the primary criterion for determining a child's eligibility for registration in KG1, KG2, and Grade 1, as determined by the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA). Age is determined as follows:

• KG1: Child born in 2016, age 4 years until December 31 of the same academic year.
• KG2: Child born in 2015, age 5 years until December 31 of the same academic year.
• Grade 1: Child born in 2014, age 6 years until December 31 of the same academic year.

Admission to KG1 and KG2

• The child and parent are invited for an interview with the admission committee to determine the child's school readiness.

Admission Procedures for Grades 1 through 12

• Applicants must attend an interview with the admission committee.
• Applicants must submit Report Cards from their previous schools. If the overall average is less than 80%, a placement test in English and Mathematics is conducted, with a minimum passing score of 60% required.
• Students wishing to register for British Grade 12 must have passed five IGCSE subjects.
• Other educational needs are assessed during the initial diagnostic test followed by ongoing assessments. Student admission depends on diagnostic test results and interview committee responses.
