5. Parents must sign and approve recommendations after the admission assessment (including special support and academic classes).

6. Registration will be canceled if the student does not attend school for three consecutive weeks of the academic year without prior written notice.

7. Registration in any semester is not considered final until all necessary documents are available with the administration, annual tuition fees are fully settled according to tuition fee settlement procedures (on page 4), the parent contract with KHDA is signed, and after approval by the competent authority.

8. New students applying from outside Dubai: Certified transfer papers must be submitted before enrolling in the school.

9. Students from grade 10 onwards must submit a copy of their passport with a valid residence visa for at least 6 months and the original UAE ID card.

10. It should be noted that the school may record videos and/or photographs of my children and may use them in the school's printed publications, as well as on the website or social media platforms.

Documents Required for Registration:

• Copy of passport with valid UAE residence visa for the student(s) and one parent.
• Copy of UAE ID card for the student(s) and parent/sponsor (both sides). (Copy of ID application form if the ID is being processed).
• Copy of birth certificate issued in Arabic or English (legal translation required if the certificate is issued in another language).
• Copy of nursery papers (if any).
• Copy of vaccination record.
• One recent color photograph. The photo must be similar to the photo used for UAE ID card application, visa application, and passport application. The photo must be taken against a white background, showing the full face directly facing the camera, without glasses, headphones, hats, or head covering unless worn for religious purposes. Copied or scanned photos from driver's licenses or other official documents are not acceptable. Additionally, photographic images, magazine photos, low-quality photos from vending machines or mobile phones, and full-length photographic images are not acceptable.
• Copy of family book (for Emirati students enrolled in grade 12).
• Good conduct letter from the previous school in the UAE (for students coming to grades 9 to 12).
• Equivalency certificate approved by the UAE Ministry of Education (applies to students enrolled in grades 10, 11, or 12 coming from outside the UAE or transferring from a school not following the American curriculum in the UAE).
• Original graduation certificate and transcript from the previous school issued through the KHDA system, showing successful completion of the academic year (or certified by the competent educational district if applying from another emirate).
• Original graduation certificate and transcript from the previous school (if outside the UAE) in English or Arabic (legal translation required if issued in another language) - and certified by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and UAE Embassy in the country of origin, in addition to a letter confirming successful completion of the previous grade.
