To enroll at Universal American School, please review the following steps:

Complete the online application form.

You will receive a notification containing the next steps for the registration process.

A member of the admissions team will contact you to guide you through the next steps.

Once your child is accepted, an acceptance letter will be issued containing enrollment information. To confirm your child's seat reservation, a non-refundable deposit of AED 3,000 must be paid within three days of receiving the acceptance letter. This amount will later be deducted from the first semester fees.

Complete payment of the application fee of AED 525 (non-refundable, one-time).

Required Documents with Application:

  • Student's passport
  • Parents' passports
  • Student's latest report - for the past two years, in English
  • Recent standardized test results (such as: MAP, CAT4, ITBS, Cambridge exam)
  • Language background questionnaire
  • For applicants with previous school experience, the current school must complete the confidential report for the Applied Sciences University and send it directly via email before scheduling the assessment
  • Once all required documents are submitted, your application will be processed within one to two business days

Required Documents Upon Acceptance:

  • Student's birth certificate
  • Copy of student's UAE ID card
  • Copy of parents' UAE ID card
  • Digital photo of student (passport photo size)
  • Digital photo of parents (passport size)
  • Copy of final assessment certificate (for current academic year)
  • Copy of student's vaccination records
  • Completed drone health form
  • Completed transportation form (if applicable)
  • Mandatory transfer certificate: If the student is transferring from a school within Dubai, the transfer will be done electronically through the KHDA portal. If the student is transferring from outside Dubai emirate, the guardian must obtain the original transfer certificate from the student's previous school and submit it to Dubai Applied Sciences University. Additional attestations may be required

Children coming from the United States, Canada, Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand do not need to attest the transfer certificate.

For children coming from all other countries, the transfer certificate must be translated into Arabic and/or English, attested by the relevant Ministry of Education in the home country and by the UAE Embassy there, then later attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai.

Note: If residence visas and UAE ID cards are not available at the time of acceptance, these documents can be submitted once available before the start of the academic year.
