The school believes that an on-site visit is the best way to learn about the school and review its educational programs. Therefore, parents are invited to book an appointment with the Head of Admissions, Miss Reem, by completing a form on the website after confirming the appropriate age group for the child. Miss Reem will then contact parents to inform them of admission and registration requirements.
Required documents include:
- Child's birth certificate
- Copy of the child's Emirates ID
- 4 passport-sized photos of the child
- Copy of the child's passport
- Copy of residence visa
- Copy of both parents' passports
- Vaccination certificate
- Medical records
- External assessments for any special educational needs
- Latest school report (for Year 3 and above applications)
- Transfer certificate or letter if transferring from outside Abu Dhabi

Fee payment times:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM
The Academy offers a 20% discount on new enrollments for children of employees working for certain companies and government entities. To benefit from this discount, please submit an official employment letter and company staff ID to the Admissions Department. Visit the Academy's website to view the entities and companies eligible for the discount.
