  • The online inquiry form must be completed either online or during a direct visit to the school.

    • Copy of the family book designated for UAE citizens only.
    • Copy of the student's Emirates ID card.
    • Copy of the student's vaccination card.
    • Student's medical file from the previous school (including updated vaccination records).
    • School report/transcript from the previous two academic years.
    • Specialist reports for any student of determination.
    • Copy of the transfer certificate from the previous school (attested by KHDA/Ministry of Education for students coming from another emirate).
    • If the last school attended by the student was outside the UAE, the report/academic record must also be attested by:
    • Ministry of Education.
    • Ministry of Foreign Affairs (in the country from which the student is transferring).
    • UAE Embassy (in the country from which the student is transferring).
    • Consulate of the relevant country (in Dubai).
    • Please note that attestation is not required for transfers between schools in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, or Europe.
    • Copy of the father's/guardian's valid passport and residence visa (if any).
    • Copy of the father's/guardian's Emirates ID card.
    • Copy of the mother's/guardian's valid passport and residence visa (if any).
    • Copy of the mother's/guardian's Emirates ID card.
    • Note: Parents/guardians must sign the KHDA Parent-School Contract (PSC) for each student before the student joins the school.

External examinations are conducted for these subjects, which are the first step towards the International Advanced Level Certificate (Stage 5) or other university preparatory programs such as the International Baccalaureate.
