Ibn Seena English High School was established in 1978 under the patronage of the Ruler of Sharjah. The school includes kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school educational stages, and the school is committed to providing advanced educational and pedagogical programs.
Ibn Seena English High School provides students with diverse activities and events within a safe educational and pedagogical environment, in addition to providing all educational and recreational facilities and services that students need during their educational journey at the school.

- Original birth certificate (must be in English or Arabic) + one copy.
- Two passport-sized photographs.
- One copy of father's passport with valid residence visa.
- Advance payment of two months' fees (cash only).
- Copy of vaccination card.
- Original Emirates ID + one copy.
- All copies of the above-mentioned documents must be on A4-sized paper.
- Student Information System (SIS) number for nursery if in Sharjah or Ajman.
- Students transferring from a school in the UAE must bring their medical file from the previous school.
From Year 3 to Year 13
A. Transfer within Ajman and Sharjah:
- Students coming from other systems (non-British system) must submit a school leaving certificate attested by the Ministry of Education + Student Information System number (Sharjah + Ajman) + attested school report.
- Students coming from the British system must submit a transfer certificate attested by the Ministry of Education + Student Information System number (Sharjah + Ajman) + attested school report.
- Original passport with valid residence visa + one copy.
- One copy of father's passport with valid residence visa.
- One passport-sized photograph of the student.
- Advance payment of two months' fees (cash only).
- Original birth certificate (must be in English or Arabic) + one copy.
- Original Emirates ID card + one copy.
- Latest school report attested by the Ministry of Education.
- Copy of vaccination card.
- Students transferring from a school in the UAE must bring their medical file from the previous school.
- All copies of the above-mentioned documents must be on A4-sized paper.
B. Transfer from outside the UAE:
- Students coming from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, or other systems (other than the British system) must submit an attested school leaving certificate + attested school report card.
- Students coming from the British system must submit a duly attested transfer certificate.
- All candidates from all systems must submit a duly attested school report card.
Note: All documents issued from outside the UAE must be attested by the following authorities:
- Ministry of Education or Education Office in the country.
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country.
- UAE Embassy or Consulate in the country.
- The leaving certificate/transfer certificate must state that the student has passed and been promoted to the next grade. (Application is made for admission to the grade).
- In addition to the above, the following documents will be required for admission for everyone, whether from outside or inside the UAE:
Except for the vaccination card, original passport with valid residence visa + one copy.
- One copy of father's passport with valid residence visa.
- One passport-sized photograph of the student.
- Payment of two months' fees in advance (cash only).
- Original birth certificate (must be in English or Arabic) + one copy.
- Original Emirates ID card + one copy.
- Latest grade report for the last grade attested in the same manner.
- All copies of the above-mentioned documents must be on A4-sized paper.
