Registration Procedures:
- Start by filling out the online inquiry form on the The Apple International School Dubai website. Once completed, you will receive an online reference number.
- Registration fees must be paid through one of the approved payment methods.
- Your child will receive an invitation for an interview (KG to Grade 8) or an assessment and interview (Grade 9 onwards) via email or phone. Results will be communicated via email.
- The Admission Officer will send confirmation letters to accepted applicants, subject to seat availability.
Required Documents:
- Passport copies (Child, Father, and Mother).
- Residence Visa page (Child, Father, and Mother - when available).
- Emirates ID (Front & Back) (Child, Father, and Mother - when available).
- Birth Certificate in English (or a translated copy if in Arabic).
- Recent passport-sized photo of the child.
- Academic reports for the last two years (Grade 1 and above); CAT 4 reports (Grade 3 and above).
- Valid medical/therapy report (for students with Special Educational Needs).
- Updated Vaccination Card.
- Original Emirates IDs (required upon final acceptance).
- Transfer Certificate (TC) or School Leaving Certificate.
Minimum Age Guidelines: AIS Academy places students in age-appropriate grade levels according to Ministry of Education/KHDA regulations.
Transfer Certificate Guidelines: The TC must be on official letterhead and include: student's full name, date of birth, enrollment date, current grade, and curriculum, signed by the principal with the school stamp.
