Registration Procedures

• To start the admission process, fill out the online inquiry form here or at the bottom of the homepage of Apple International School Dubai. Complete the student inquiry and online registration. Once you complete the inquiry form, you will receive a notification with an online reference number.
• Registration fees must be paid through one of the approved payment methods.
• Your child will receive an invitation from the school admissions team for an interview (from Kindergarten to Grade 8) and an assessment and interview (from Grade 9 onwards) via email or phone. The CAT4 test, interview, or written assessments (when applicable) and the school report/CAT4 test review will be evaluated. Results will be communicated via email.
• The admissions officer will send confirmation letters to accepted applicants, subject to seat availability.

Documents Required

• Passport (copies for the child, father, and mother).
• Residency visa page (copies for the child, father, and mother - when available).
• Emirates ID card (front and back) (copies for the child, father, and mother - when available).
• A copy of your child's birth certificate in English (if it is in Arabic, please provide a translated copy in English).
• A recent passport-sized photo of your child.
• Copies of academic reports for the last two years for children joining Grade 1 and above, and copies of academic reports for the last two years and a CAT 4 report for children joining Grade 3 and above.
• A medical and therapeutic report valid for 6 months if your child has special educational needs.
• An updated copy of the vaccination card.
• The original Emirates ID card for the child and both parents (will be requested if your child is accepted at Apple International School).
• Transfer certificate or school leaving certificate from the previous school. (The original is requested to be submitted on or before the first day of your child’s joining the school, if your child is accepted at Apple International School).

Minimum Age Guidelines

• AIS Academy places students in grade levels appropriate for their age according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education/Knowledge and Human Development Authority.
• We encourage families to use the table on the school's official website to ensure their applications are submitted to the correct grade level, taking into account the differences in the naming of "grades" around the world.
• If you have any questions about the correct grade level, please contact the admissions team.

Transfer Guidelines

The transfer certificate must be on official paper bearing the school logo, and must contain the following information:

• The full name of the student.
• Date of birth.
• Date of registration and the grade in which the child began studying at the current school.

• Completed year/grade.

• Curriculum.
• Signature of the principal and school stamp.
