Arcadia Global School is keen to facilitate the admission process, so it has made completing all procedures and submitting papers and documents electronically, to save you time and effort. To register your child at the school, you should follow these steps:

Make sure your child's age matches the age requirements set by the school.

Fill out the virtual application form available on the school's official website.

Send the following documents for assessment:

A copy of your child's passport.

A copy of your child's most recent academic report from nursery or school.

A copy of any diagnostic test for learning difficulties or educational assessment (if any - failure to disclose any previous assessments will result in withdrawal of the offer or place).

Pay the non-refundable assessment fees.

The school's admissions department reviews applications, conducts necessary assessments, then sends feedback via email within a maximum of 10 days, and sends acceptance letters to successful applicants.

You should sign the acceptance letter upon receipt and send it back to the school's admissions department along with payment of registration fees.

Send the following documents to the admissions officer via email to complete the registration process:

A copy of the child's birth certificate in English.

A copy of their vaccination records.

A copy of their health insurance card.

A copy of the parents' and child's visa.

A copy of the UAE identity card for parents and child.

A copy of the parents' passport.

A passport-size JPEG personal photo for parents and child. The child's photo must be recent and clear (not more than three months old before the child's school start date). Old screenshots of their passport or ID card will not be accepted. This is an essential requirement for child protection.

Transfer certificate from current school/nursery.

Students coming from a school outside Dubai must submit an attested transfer certificate from the current school and cannot begin studying without submitting it, according to the following rules:

The transfer certificate needs the school stamp and signature of the school principal for students coming from the United Kingdom, Western Europe, Australia, Canada, and the United States of America.

Students coming from any other country must have the transfer certificate attested by: the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the UAE Consulate (if there is no consulate, then an embassy or consulate of any other Arab country).

Students coming from any of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries (Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia), the transfer certificate only needs attestation by the Ministry of Education in that country.
