Step 1 – Submit Application via Online Portal

• Before starting your application, please check admission availability to see if the grade levels you wish to apply for are open.
• All applications must be submitted through Dubai British School Jumeirah Park's online admission portal with all required documents attached.

Step 2 – Pay Application Fee

To process your application and book the assessment, a one-time non-refundable and non-transferable application fee of AED 525 must be paid. Payment can be made via bank transfer.

Step 3 – Book Assessment with Admissions Team After receiving the application fee, the admissions team will contact you to book your child's assessment:

• FS1 and FS2 – "Stay and Play" assessment.
• Years 1 and 2 – Individual 1-1 assessment.
• Years 3 to 12 – CAT4 assessment and written English assessment.
• Some students may be asked to complete an additional assessment if the academic team feels they may benefit from additional educational support.
• External Assessments – If you are applying from outside the country, the admissions team will contact you to discuss next steps. For all applicants, we will contact your child's current school for a reference.

Step 4 – After Assessment Completion

• The academic team reviews the admission application, and if a place can be offered, you will receive an offer letter and invoice for registration fees.
• If an offer is made, parents have five working days to return admission documents and pay the non-refundable registration fee, which will be deducted from the term fees for joining.
• If the grade you are applying for has a waiting list, your child will be placed on the waiting list and you will be notified when a place becomes available. Unfortunately, a place cannot be guaranteed for all children on the waiting list.

Term Fees: Students can only start the academic year after full payment of the first term fees. Payments are accepted only by cash, credit card, or bank check in the name of Dubai British School Jumeirah Park. Personal checks for first term fees cannot be accepted if submitted less than five working days before the start of the new academic year.

Registration Fees: When a place is offered to a student, a non-refundable registration fee of AED 4,000 must be paid to reserve the seat until tuition fees are paid in full. This fee can be deducted from the first term fees.
