Age and Grade Categories
- The school accepts children from 3 years to 13 years.
- Follows the British EYFS curriculum for young children, then the English National Curriculum with international curricula (IPC) in Key Stage 1 and 2.
- Students are placed in appropriate grades according to their date of birth on August 31 of the academic year.
Application Procedures
- Submit the registration application via the website or by going to the admissions office at the school.
- Each child needs an independent application form.
- After submitting the application, the admissions team contacts the parent to confirm interest in the place.

- Transfer certificate/transfer letter from the previous school (for students in Grade 1 and above)
- Copy of the Emirates ID for the child and parent.
- Vaccination form and medical consent.
- KHDA registration forms and medical forms from the school.
- Reports from a psychological or medical specialist in case of special educational needs (SEND)
- For international students, documents are sent via email, and an assessment can be conducted upon arrival in the Emirates if the child cannot attend beforehand.
Assessment and Interview
- The student undergoes an academic assessment to determine achievement level and ability to follow the curriculum.
- Special educational needs (if any) are identified and the school's ability to meet them within available resources.
- A parent interview may be requested to discuss the child's education, previous experiences, and special needs.
Final Admission
- An admission offer letter is sent after assessment and availability of place.

8. Final Registration at Al Ghaf Private School
After completing all documents and payment, the student is officially registered with KHDA according to current regulations.

Important note: Registration and re-enrollment fees are non-refundable, while other fees are handled for refund according to Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) laws upon withdrawal.
