Online Registration at The Gulf Indian High School:
- Online registration for the new academic year begins in October through the school website.
- Completing the online registration form does not guarantee final admission.
- Submitting more than one registration form for the same candidate is not allowed; otherwise, they will be excluded.
Residency and Age Requirements
- All applicants must have a valid UAE residence visa.
- Age criteria by academic stage:
- KG1: Minimum 4 years by March 31.
- KG II: Minimum 5 years by March 31.
- Grade 1: Minimum 6 years by March 31.
- Children below the legal age are not permitted according to KHDA guidelines.
Admission Requirements
- Kindergarten I (KG I): Admission based on assessment session for independence ability, pronunciation, and physical development.
- Kindergarten II and Grade 1 and above: Admission based on: candidate's performance in assessment session, seat availability.
- Positive recommendation and previous school report.
- Submission of original transfer certificate / school leaving certificate.
- All admissions are subject to KHDA approval.
- Students from unrecognized schools are not accepted.
Documents Required to Complete Admission
- Properly completed admission forms.
- Printed copy of online registration form.
- Two recent passport-size photos of the candidate.
- Photocopy of passport (with valid visa page).
- Photocopy of student's birth certificate (English or Arabic) with original for verification.
- Photocopy of candidate's vaccination/immunization record.
- Two photocopies and original UAE ID cards for candidate and parent.
- Photocopy of original grade sheet or progress report for the previous year.
- Original attested transfer certificate or school leaving certificate for Grade 2 and above.
Admission Procedures for Students Coming from Outside or Other Emirates
- Grade 2 and above from outside Dubai: Original transfer certificate attested according to UAE Ministry of Education, Consulate, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Students from other emirates: Transfer certificate attested by the Ministry of Education in the previous emirate.
- Students from Dubai schools: Transfer certificate transferred electronically.
- Fees can be paid directly at The Gulf Indian High School in cash, credit card, or check according to school policy.
- Fees are collected before the beginning of each school month to ensure continued registration and service benefits.
- Post-dated checks are not accepted as a payment method for basic fees.

The Gulf Indian High School provides school transportation service via air-conditioned buses for students for additional fees collected throughout 10 months of the academic year (excluding July and August). Transportation fees are non-refundable once paid, and payment must be made before the monthly due date to ensure service operation
