Safa British School welcomes enrollment applications from everyone regardless of nationality, race, gender, or religion. Applications can be submitted by completing the registration form available on the school's website, along with all required documents, which include:

• Copy of your child's passport plus UAE residence visa/entry stamp.
• Copy of the Emirati ID card for the child and both parents.
• Two recent passport-sized photographs.
• Copies of your child's last two school reports for all children enrolling in Grade 1 and above.
• Transfer certificate.
• Complete details of any special educational needs, Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and any reports from educational psychologists or other therapists. It is essential to submit all educational records to Safa British School before a place is offered.
• One copy of your child's birth certificate (residents of some countries must submit an attested copy).
• Application fee of AED 500.

Note on Application Fees:

• The amount is refunded if the school does not provide a place for the student.
• The paid amount is not refunded if the school offers the student a place but the student chooses not to enroll.
• These fees are not deducted from the total tuition fees due if the student is offered a place and accepts it.

For Children Coming from Abroad:

For families coming from abroad, UAE residence visas or Emirati ID cards are not required at the time of application but must be submitted to SBS as soon as they become available. If these documents are being processed, please submit a copy of the relevant application form in the meantime.

For children coming from outside the UAE, a student transfer certificate is required upon enrollment at SBS, not at the time of application. Please contact the school registrar if you have any inquiries.

Transfer Procedures:

UAE Ministry of Education law requires every student to submit a transfer certificate from their previous school. This requirement is strictly enforced, and failure to submit a properly completed certificate or legal undertaking to provide all required documents will result in cancellation of the student's seat.

The certificate must be on official paper bearing the school logo and must contain the following information:

• Child's full name.
• Date of enrollment at the school.
• Child's date of birth.
• Date the child left the school.
• Grade/year group upon leaving the school.
• School stamp and principal's signature.
• Curriculum used.

Children coming from countries other than EU and GCC countries must have the original transfer certificate attested by:

• Ministry of Foreign Affairs (from the TC country of origin).
• UAE Embassy (from the TC country of origin).
