- Submit required documents, which include (copy of the first and last pages of the student's and sponsor's passport, as well as the visa - Emirates ID for student and sponsor - child's vaccination card - child's birth certificate in Arabic and English - periodic test or school report; this requirement applies to all grade levels except KG1 - student's final grade report with GRE test, as well as authenticated secondary school certificate).
- The student must have completed 4 years before March 31 of the academic year in which they are admitted, and be qualified to join kindergarten (KG1), and 5 years when wishing to join KG2.
- Accept first-grade students from ages 6 to 8, provided the child does not exceed this age on March 31 of the same admission year.
- Submit success certificate, secondary school certificate, or promotion certificate for all students studying in Ajman or any other emirate, in addition to the age requirement not applying to these students.

- Students studying the same curriculum can be transferred but before March 31; after this time, submission of an authenticated transfer certificate is required. Students studying non-Indian curricula can be accepted until June.

- Accept students in a lower grade if they are studying a different curriculum and the TC shows the year instead of showing the grade.
- Submit final results with an authenticated transfer certificate with the school's stamp and principal's signature, this applies to the final grade.
