About the school

Yaqoob bin Jasim Al-Ofi founded AlSharqyia School in 2009, facing many difficulties at the beginning of its establishment. The school's actual journey began with four students in 2011, and it continued to grow and prosper until its student count exceeded 600 students across all academic levels. The school has received accreditation from the Cambridge Authority and the Bahraini Ministry of Education.

The school follows the British curriculum which is designed to ensure the development of students' skills, build their knowledge, form their independent personalities, and motivate them toward academic excellence to become self-confident individuals who are prosperous and active in society, capable of achieving their best within available resources.

AlSharqyia School, where learners are empowered and nurtured by competent faculty and staff, is committed to preparing individuals who will serve the Kingdom of Bahrain.
