  • The transfer certificate must be certified/stamped by the Ministry of Education in the source country.

  • Submit the above documents to the Examinations Directorate at the Ministry of Education in Bahrain to obtain an equivalence certificate.

  • Submit the equivalence certificate and transfer certificate (original) to the school to complete the remaining procedures with the ministry.

Transfer from Schools in India
  • The transfer certificate must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in New Delhi (Apostille authentication).

  • The performance report must be signed and stamped by the school (original). For Grade 9 and above, the results sheet (final result of the previous grade) must also be certified along with the transfer certificate.

  • Submit the above documents to the Examinations Directorate at the Ministry of Education in Bahrain to obtain an equivalence certificate.

  • Submit the equivalence certificate and transfer certificate (original) to the school to complete the remaining procedures with the Ministry of Education.

(If the certificate is from a board other than CBSE, the transfer certificate must be signed by the local education officer in the state or territory, in addition to the Apostille authentication from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in New Delhi).
