For a student to be accepted into a certain grade, they must have successfully passed the final examinations of the lower grade preceding the grade they wish to join. A certificate proving this achievement issued by the last school the student attended must be attached to the correctly completed application form.

The transfer certificate (or report card in some cases) must be stamped by the country you are leaving, by the Education Directorate and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

For students within Bahrain:

- Obtain an equivalency letter from the Ministry of Education (Private Administration)

- A letter from the Examinations Administration in Bahrain, which will issue the equivalency.

All applications must include the following documents:

- Vaccination records (2 copies).

- Father and mother/guardian's passport (1 copy).

- Father and mother/guardian's personal ID card (1 copy).

- COVID-19 vaccination certificate for the student(s) and their immediate family members (if possible).

International Students

- Transfer certificate/report card stamped by the Education Directorate and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country you are leaving.

- Upon arrival in the Kingdom of Bahrain, please obtain a recommendation letter from the Private Education Department of the Ministry of Education acknowledging your previous education level.

- An equivalency certificate will be issued by the Examinations Administration to determine the student's grade level.
