- Health record / vaccination record Second: For students from second grade to tenth grade (Grade 2 – Grade 10): Please provide copies of the following documents:
- Birth certificate
- CPR card for the child and parents
- Passport (and if non-citizen, a copy of the residence permit)
- Parents' smart card details
- 4 passport-sized photos
- Health record / vaccination record
- Final certificate from the previous school
- Transfer and behavior certificate from the previous school (after confirmation of acceptance)
- Equivalency certificate from the Examinations Department.

- Cash only in Bahraini Dinars.
