Tuition fees can be paid in full at the beginning of the academic year or in three installments. Fees are paid in advance before each semester. Tuition fee payments are due in June, November, and March. Re-registration fees are due in May, with the first semester payment due by June. Tuition fees do not include school lunches, transportation, educational trips, or extracurricular activities with external service providers.

Additional fees may be charged for some extracurricular activities with external service providers. A 5% discount on tuition fees is available for families who choose to pay the full academic year fees in one payment at the time of admission (applies only via bank transfer, check, or cash). A 5% discount is available for the third child and beyond registered at Cheltenham Muscat School, and this discount applies only if payment is made via bank transfer, check, or cash.
