The required documents that must be uploaded and sent are:
- Child's birth certificate.
- Parents' marriage certificate (civil or religious).
- Copy of guardian's passport and residence card (if available).
- Copy of child's passport.

- Letter from previous school proving no outstanding tuition fees (if available).
Note that applications lacking the required documents cannot be processed, and the application is submitted and the form is written through the school's official website. After receiving the registration application, you will be contacted to arrange assessment tests in English, Mathematics, and logical/linguistic thinking and these tests may be conducted at the child's current school, and KGIS will contact the current educational institution to arrange sending admission tests. Then comes the interview and final assessment, where kindergarten students (British Foundation Stage) undergo a simple entrance assessment. As for students applying for grades 1–5 (primary), 6–10 (secondary), and 11 (British twelfth year), they undergo a short interview, they take the Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT) Since most education is conducted in English, all applicants are required to demonstrate age-appropriate English proficiency. Then comes the official admission stage, where accepted students receive an official acceptance letter from the school, and after confirming acceptance, you will be informed of the start date of study and additional details related to registration. It is worth noting that KGIS School welcomes students of various educational abilities, and is committed to integrating them within a unified educational environment with their peers of the same age.
And it asks parents to provide it in advance with details of any special educational needs (SEND) or individual learning plans (ILPs), with attached medical or educational reports, such as: speech therapist or occupational therapist reports, if available.
