The Ministry of Education requires the following documents to be submitted with the registration form:
- Utility bill (as proof of residence address)
- Signature on registration terms and conditions
- School fee confirmation form
- Copy of student's passport
- Copies of father's and mother's passport and ID
- Copy of visa and residence card for non-Omani students
- Copy of visa and residence card for non-Omani parents
- Two recent passport-size photos
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of health card
- Medical examination form from the Ministry of Health for Grade 1
- Any other relevant medical report
- Transfer letter from the Ministry of Education portal from the previous school
- Copy of student's academic reports for the last two years
For non-Omani students and Omani students who studied abroad, all official documents must be stamped by their embassy and the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

All official documents for non-Omani students and Omani students studying outside the Sultanate must be stamped by their embassy and the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Payment can be made in cash at the school, through bank electronic banking services, or direct bank transfer from any bank to the school's private account.
Al Seeb International School offers a range of educational programs designed to suit different academic stages, combining international curricula with local identity, as follows:
Early Years Stage (Pre-KG and KG1–KG2): The school adopts the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC), which focuses on learning through play and experience, developing social, motor, and linguistic skills in children.
Primary Stage (Grade 1–4): The Cambridge Primary Curriculum is taught, including core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science, alongside Islamic Education, Arabic Language, and Social Studies according to Omani identity.
