Kindergarten Admission Procedures:

Submit the application form and required documents: Submit the application form with all details about your child to the kindergarten's admission office.

Required documents when applying:

Recent passport-sized photo of your child.

Copy of the child's passport.

Copy of the parent/guardian's passport.

Child's birth certificate.

Valid Qatari ID card (for the child and parents).

Child's vaccination record.

The child's last progress report or card (if available).

Any other reports related to the child concerning learning requirements and/or medical needs.

Assessment Test Schedule: Once the child's application is received and reviewed by the kindergarten, an email containing the assessment appointment will be sent. Please reply to the email to confirm the child's attendance.

Assessment Test: Attend at the specified time for the child. A written assessment test will be conducted in addition to an interview between the parents and the child.

Reservation: A confirmation email will be sent to successful applicants from the admission office. Parents/guardians are requested to come to the school to fill out the reservation form and secure a seat for the upcoming academic year. Reservation fees must be paid to secure the seat. If you do not attend within a week of receiving the email, the child's allocated seat will be lost and will be given to applicants on the waiting list.

 Please note that the reservation fees are non-refundable or transferable but will be counted as registration fees.

Registration and Enrollment: Parents or guardians are expected to register their children before the start of the academic year. The registration schedule will be sent via email.

Late registrants must schedule an appointment at the admission office before coming to the school.

Parents/guardians are required to pay tuition fees, school supplies, uniforms, and other required fees upon registration.

Al Ashbal International Kindergarten offers several methods to pay tuition fees:

Cash payment at the kindergarten.

Parents can pay fees through Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) mobile application.
