<p>Kindergarten Admission Procedures:</p><p>Submit the application form and required documents: Submit the application form with all details about your child to the kindergarten's admission office.</p><p>Required documents when applying:</p><p>Recent passport-sized photo of your child.</p><p>Copy of the child's passport.</p><p>Copy of the parent/guardian's passport.</p><p>Child's birth certificate.</p><p>Valid Qatari ID card (for the child and parents).</p><p>Child's vaccination record.</p><p>The child's last progress report or card (if available).</p><p>Any other reports related to the child concerning learning requirements and/or medical needs.</p><p>Assessment Test Schedule: Once the child's application is received and reviewed by the kindergarten, an email containing the assessment appointment will be sent. Please reply to the email to confirm the child's attendance.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Assessment Test: Attend at the specified time for the child. A written assessment test will be conducted in addition to an interview between the parents and the child.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Reservation: A confirmation email will be sent to successful applicants from the admission office. Parents/guardians are requested to come to the school to fill out the reservation form and secure a seat for the upcoming academic year. Reservation fees must be paid to secure the seat. If you do not attend within a week of receiving the email, the child's allocated seat will be lost and will be given to applicants on the waiting list.</p><p><br></p><p> Please note that the reservation fees are non-refundable or transferable but will be counted as registration fees.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Registration and Enrollment: Parents or guardians are expected to register their children before the start of the academic year. The registration schedule will be sent via email.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Late registrants must schedule an appointment at the admission office before coming to the school.</p><p>Parents/guardians are required to pay tuition fees, school supplies, uniforms, and other required fees upon registration.</p><div><br></div>
