Students of All Nationalities
All nationalities are welcome to apply. The Academy gives priority enrollment to siblings of current students. Applicants who pass the test will be offered an academic seat or will be placed on the waiting list. When a seat becomes available at the school, all applicants on the list will be considered. If a student does not pass the admission assessment, they will not be reassessed until the next academic year.
Family Applications
If an application includes more than one child, each child must pass the assessment or interview for their application to be accepted. Acceptance of all family members is not guaranteed.
Information Provision
Parents/guardians must ensure they provide all relevant information in the application, including details of behavioral, social, or academic support. If information is concealed and the Academy cannot meet the child's educational, social, or behavioral needs, the Academy reserves the right to withdraw the application or academic seat.
Age Groups
Students are only accepted in the grade appropriate for their age. If the child is currently studying in a school within Qatar, please refer to the Ministry of Education's rules for student transfers.
Medical Records
The Academy requires up-to-date and accurate information about the child's medical condition, which must be updated when any changes occur. The Academy needs records of previous medical treatments, allergies, and immunization records upon registration.
Previous School Reports
All students joining Grade 2 and above who are transferring from schools outside Qatar must submit a copy of the previous academic year's end-of-year report, along with any interim reports if available. To comply with Ministry of Education requirements, reports must contain the official school stamp. Students will only be accepted in the same grade level or the next grade according to the Ministry of Education's equivalency table. If there is a discrepancy between the offered grade and the grade accepted by the Ministry, the offer will be withdrawn.
Transfer from a School Within Qatar
Students transferring from another school in Qatar are required to provide confirmation of acceptance at Idad Academy, along with the Academy's code. They will only be accepted in the same grade level or the next grade according to the Ministry's equivalency table.
Behavior
The Academy believes that good student behavior is the foundation of a successful educational experience. All students must demonstrate positive behavior toward learning and respect for the school community.
Class Capacity
The number of students per class will not exceed 20 students in the early stages or the rest of the school, except in exceptional cases.
Gender
The Academy offers mixed classes (boys and girls) from early childhood through Grade 1. From Grade 2 through Grade 6, boys and girls are separated.

The nurse conducts an assessment and provides advice to the principal or assistant principal to confirm whether the student needs further medical care or not.
