First: The child is registered through the Academy's website, or by visiting the Academy in person.
Second: After registration, documents are submitted for examination, which are:
A copy of the child's final report from the past academic year with all interim reports issued during the current A copy of the child's Qatari ID card
Reports and documents related to additional needs (if any).
Students applying for a place in Year 11 are required to submit a list of subjects studied in Year 10 with the Examination Board.
Third: In case of acceptance, the child is invited to attend an admission assessment.
If the child does not attend at the scheduled time without prior notice, the school has the right not to consider their application for the same academic year.
The admission assessment fee must be paid before the assessment.
Children with learning or behavioral difficulties are not accepted.
Fourth: Successful applicants are notified by phone or email.
Parents will be required to provide colored copies of the following documents (passport-sized photograph - the first page of the student's passport and information page and Qatari ID card - Qatari ID card for the child and their sponsor (both parents) - health card and vaccination card - any medical information that should be known to the school.
Fees must be paid within ten working days to secure the seat.
After ten days, the school reserves the right to grant the seat to another child.
Students starting at the beginning of the next academic year: pay an advance payment (deducted from the first semester fees).
Students starting mid-semester: full semester fees must be paid before the child's first school day.
Tuition fees are divided into two installments, the first on August 18 and the second on November 24.
