Submit the application along with the following supporting documents:
4 passport-sized photographs of the child.
A copy of the child's birth certificate.
A copy of the immunization report.
A copy of the previous school report (certified by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country).
A copy of the Qatari ID card of the child and both parents.
A copy of the passports of the child and both parents.
Any application containing incomplete documents will not be accepted, and the assessment will not be conducted.
The student will be registered in the grade below their current grade, provided that the final school report for the current academic year is submitted before August.
If a student fails the final exams, they will be re-registered in the same grade upon submission of written parental consent, as directed by the Ministry of Education.
The assessment fee must be paid prior to the assessment (non-refundable) via card or bank transfer.
Student Acceptance
A seat will be allocated to the student after passing the assessment.
The registration and first semester fees must be paid within three days of the assessment.
The seat is reserved only for the first two weeks of the start of the school year, and the full semester fees must be paid if the student is late.
