What are the admission and registration requirements at Palestinian Schools?


  • Admission for first-grade students begins in May of the year before enrollment.

  • Registration for middle and high school students starts immediately after the second-semester exam results (first term).

  • Medical check-up certificate.

  • Complete the official registration form for the school.

  • Attach a copy of the official birth certificate.

  • Provide a copy of the student’s valid passport and that of the guardian.

  • Submit two recent personal photos of the student.

  • Present a complete vaccination certificate from an approved hospital or health center (from pre-kindergarten onward).

  • Provide a valid residency permit for both the student and the guardian, along with the residency card.

  • Once accepted into the first grade, a comprehensive administrative and financial file is created for the student, which follows them through the stages and schools.

  • Non-Palestinian students who meet the above conditions may be accepted after having their educational certificates equated by the Ministry of Education in Qatar, following the approved procedures.

  • Educational documents from other countries must be authenticated by the official authorities in the country of study.

  • Students who have not yet had their documents authenticated may be temporarily enrolled, with the school administration setting a deadline for completing the procedures.

  • The file will include all previous documents as well as the receipt of tuition fee payment.
