 Once the application is successfully received, and according to seat availability, the applicant is called for an entrance test.

 If the application is for primary or secondary education, the applicant will be tested in English and Mathematics. 

If the admission test is passed successfully, the family will be informed and a school seat will be provided. 

If the family decides to accept, they must pay the registration fees to confirm the student's seat reservation at the school. 

The admission procedures are completed according to the school's policies and guidelines and in line with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar.

Step One - Submitting the application: The application form is filled out and sent with the required documents. 

Step Two - Application review: The admissions team reviews and evaluates the applicant's data. 

Step Three - Admission test: The student is called for an entrance test to assess their academic level.

 Step Four - Seat availability: Confirmation of a study seat for the student based on results and capacity.

Online applications are preferred, as this allows for immediate file review and faster start of the application process.

 Paper applications submitted in person at the school are also welcome for those who do not prefer electronic submission.

All non-Qatari children must have a valid residence permit in Qatar before starting school.

Determining the appropriate grade level for the student's age is a shared responsibility between the receiving school and the parent.

 In exceptional cases where a student is accepted into a grade that does not match their age, the parent must sign a formal agreement with the school.

Parents wishing to enroll a child who has not previously studied in a school with a British curriculum should refer to the Ministry-approved grade equivalence table to determine the appropriate grade for their children.

Parents must also submit the end-of-previous-academic-year certificate to complete the registration process, and then enter the student's data in the records of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education through the official portal.

Parents must confirm that the student has passed the last grade in the Ministry's system to be accepted into the next grade. 

If this cannot be confirmed, and it is later proven that the student did not pass, the school reserves the right to transfer the student to the appropriate grade based on their academic status.

Kindergarten stage: Communication and Language, Personal, social and emotional, Physical Development, Literacy, Mathematics, Understanding the world & Expressive arts and design.

First and Second Basic Stages: Core subjects of English language, science, and advanced mathematics.

Secondary stage from grades seven to nine: Mathematics, English, Science, Arabic, Geography, History, Information and Communication Technology, Fine Arts, French, Islamic Studies, and History of Qatar.

Years 10-11: Compulsory subjects are Mathematics, English, Science (students must choose at least one scientific subject from Biology, Chemistry, and Physics), Arabic, and Physical Education. Elective subjects include History, Geography, Business Management, Arts, French, English Literature, and Information and Communication Technology.

Years 12-13: Math Statistics, English, Art, Business Studies, Psychology, Computer Science, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Arabic, Global Perspective.
