Applications will be accepted according to the availability of places and the student's fulfillment of admission criteria.
The admission application form will be uploaded to the website from the beginning of March until the end of April each year (according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education).
The completed application form must be submitted with a valid Qatari residence permit via the school's website.
Once the completed form is received, it will be registered and the applicant will be given a reference number.
The assessment test will be determined according to the applicant's level, based on the British National Curriculum, and is for school purposes only and will not be disclosed.
Students applying for kindergarten (LKG & UKG) will be assessed through an oral test, while students from grade one onwards will undergo a placement test (in English and Mathematics).
If the student does not achieve the required level in the assessment, their application will be withdrawn, and parents will be notified by the admissions department.
The admission offer will be sent via email, and if confirmation of acceptance is not received within five business days from the date the email was sent, the offer may be withdrawn.
The school reserves the right to cancel admission if any information related to the student is hidden or if the school cannot meet their educational or social needs.
Registration is not considered complete until all due fees are paid.
Students coming from other schools in Qatar must submit a transfer certificate certified by the Qatari Ministry of Education (after confirmation of acceptance) along with the transfer letter.
Students coming from outside Qatar must submit a transfer certificate with reports from the previous year.
Any student joining from grade six onwards must submit a certificate of good conduct issued by their previous school.

The assessment system includes internal and external tests, where students are assessed internally through monthly and semester tests, ongoing homework, and classroom assessments. They also undergo external assessments through Key Stage tests conducted by SAT, in addition to IGCSE and GCSE tests organized by Edexcel International.
