Registration at school can be done in person by receiving the registration form from the school office, filling out the registration form, attaching all required documents, and submitting it to the office.

Students must apply for the admission test in English and Mathematics (Grades 1 to 3), and English, Mathematics, and EVS (Grades 4 to 5).
Admission is based on merit only, which will be determined based on the child's performance in the admission test conducted by the school. Parents of eligible children will be asked to attend a personal interview with the school principal. Both parents are expected to attend the interview with the child. Based on the personal interview and seat availability, successful candidates will be informed to pay the required fees to complete the admission procedures.
If the child wishes to join our school in the middle of the academic year, subject to seat availability, the candidate in this case must apply for the admission test in the subjects taught by our school in that semester [the test curriculum will be provided by the school].
The following documents are required upon registration: a copy of the student's valid passport (first and last page), a copy of the parents' valid passport (first and last page), a copy of the student's valid Qatari residence permit.
