One of Al-Madinah Academic International Schools' educational complexes was established in 1995, and the new complex was developed in 2016 to encompass all educational stages, including kindergarten, primary, middle, and secondary levels.

- The guardian must submit the student's complete file containing all supporting documents and certificates related to the student.
- The following required documents must be provided: a copy of the student's valid passport, a copy of the student's birth certificate, a copy of the student's national ID (for Saudi nationals) or residency ID (for non-Saudi students), recent personal photographs of the student with a white background, a copy of the father's valid national ID (for Saudi nationals), original previous academic certificates, a copy of the student's vaccination record, and a financial clearance certificate from the previous school.
- For students wishing to enroll in Kindergarten 1, Kindergarten 2, or Kindergarten 3, the age requirements specified by the Saudi Ministry of Education must be met.

Al-Madinah Academic International Schools adopts the ACIS curriculum, through which both the Saudi national curriculum and the American curriculum are taught from kindergarten through Grade 12. Students follow the American curriculum within the framework of the Common Core State Standards (CCSS).
