• Completing registration procedures and signing the financial contract through the registration officer.
• Paying the full semester tuition fees when submitting the registration application.
• The student is given a registration confirmation form to submit to the section they are registered in, to confirm their registration.
• Bringing all original previous academic certificates with the latest certificate authenticated as follows:
  • Students transferring from within Riyadh (public or private) require the latest certificate authenticated by the Education Department.
  • Students transferring from outside Riyadh require the latest certificate authenticated by the Education Department of the region they are coming from.
  • Students coming from outside the Kingdom require the latest certificate authenticated by the foreign ministry of the country they are coming from, along with the cultural attaché at the Saudi embassy or an Apostille certification.

Tuition fees are paid according to a flexible installment system based on the parent's preference, including:

• One payment: Paying the full tuition fees in one installment (usually results in the best rate).
• Two payments: Under the two-semester system, the first semester's fees are 60%, and the second semester's fees are 40%.
• Four payments: Under the three-term system, the first term's fees are 40%, the second term's fees are 40%, and the third term's fees are 20%.

Value Added Tax (VAT) of 15% is added to the fees, and the school offers discounts of up to 25% depending on the branch and circumstances.
