Registration mechanism for schools (all academic levels):

• Birth certificate (for review and verification)

• Complete vaccination certificate (for review and verification)

• Family card with the student added - for Saudis (for review and verification)

• Copy of passport and valid residence permit for student and guardian - for non-Saudis (with original for verification)

• 4 recent personal photos size 4×6

• Student reaching the statutory age (according to the annual education issued by the Ministry of Education) for kindergarten and first grade sections

• Medical examination form from Noor system, signed and stamped by any government or private clinic for first grade students

• Completing the registration and admission form

School registration requirements:

• Passing personal and academic interview for the required registration level

• Receiving acceptance letter addressed to the school being transferred from until it is transferred to Noor system, and receiving the complete paper file with all certificates issued from Noor system for previous levels

• Financial clearance from the previous school if the student was enrolled in a private or international school

• Completing registration procedures and signing the financial contract through the revenue and registration officer

• Paying full semester fees when applying for registration

• The student receives a registration approval form to take to the registered section to approve their registration according to the admission and registration form

• Bringing all original previous academic certificates with authentication of the last certificate as follows:

1. Students transferred from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (government - private - international schools for elementary level) - last certificate issued from Noor system

2. Students transferred from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (government - private - international schools for intermediate and secondary levels) - last certificate authenticated by the Examinations and Admissions Committee at the Ministry of Education or Education Department in the region

3. Students coming from outside the Kingdom - last certificate authenticated by the Examinations and Admissions Committee at the Ministry of Education or Education Department in the region
