Middle East International Schools - Ishbiliya has established a clear system and simplified conditions for student admission. The most important requirement is that the applicant's age must match the age specified by the school. Registration procedures are as follows:

• Go to the school and fill out the admission confirmation form.
• Placement tests are conducted for students applying for grades 2 through 12, and interviews are held with children applying for kindergarten and grade 1.
• If the applicant meets the requirements, an email link containing the registration form will be sent to you.
• Prepare all required papers and documents specified by the school, print the registration form, and submit all documents to the registration officer at the school.
• Pay the registration fees.

• Copy of student's residency/ID and passport (copy of mother's passport if student's name is added to mother's passport).
• Copy of father's residency/ID and passport (copy of mother's residency if she is the sponsor).
• Print the student's residency expiration date from the Absher website.
• Copy of birth certificate.
• Copy of vaccination card.
• Identification letter from the father's sponsor.
• All original assessment certificates from grade 1 to the new grade the student will join, with required stamps.
• Equivalency of the last academic certificate issued by the Ministry of Education if the certificate was issued from outside the Kingdom.
• Please authenticate the last academic report if the student is coming from a different curriculum at their previous school.
• A financial clearance from the previous school is required if the student is coming from a school in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
• Printed copy of the Noor system transfer process if he/she is studying in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Ministry approval if the student is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
