The admission process includes several steps:

Step One: Contact the School You need to fill out the form available on the school's official website, and then contact the administration by phone or email to inquire about anything related to the admission process.

Step Two: Admission Assessment All prospective students must pass an admission assessment/interview before registration. After submitting the form, the admission coordinator will contact you to schedule the assessment.

Step Three: Parent Registration and Student Registration After notification of acceptance, parents create their parent account through the parent portal on the official website of Al-Faris International School.

Required Documents Students from grades one through twelve must submit their original previous school records.

Other required documents:

  • A copy of the student's and legal guardian's passport.
  • A copy of the student's and legal guardian's residence permit (for non-Saudis).
  • A copy of the family card (for Saudis).
  • A copy of the vaccination certificate.
  • A copy of the birth certificate.
  • Health form (obtained from the school upon registration).
  • Approval issued by the Saudi Ministry of Education.
  • Financial clearance letter from the previous school.
  • Identification letter from the guardian's sponsor (non-Saudis).
  • A photo of the student.

Documents Required for Authentication

  1. Transfer from an international school in Riyadh: Original school reports from first grade to the last grade studied from the previous school are required.
  2. Transfer from a public or private school in Riyadh: Original school reports from first grade to the last academic grade, with the latest school report stamped by the Ministry of Education.
  3. Transfer from a public, private, or international school in another city or region within Saudi Arabia: Original school reports from first grade to the last grade studied, with the latest school report stamped by the Ministry of Education in that region.
  4. Transfer from outside the Kingdom: Original school reports from first grade to the last grade studied, with the latest two academic reports stamped by the Ministry of Education, the Saudi Embassy, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs according to the regulations of that country. *The required stamps must be obtained from abroad to get an equivalency from the Ministry of Education upon arrival in Saudi Arabia.
